On the eve of the celebration of the International Day of Neutrality and the New Year, festive trade will start from December 5 in the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag, as well as in the velayats of Turkmenistan. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister Batyr Atdayev at the Cabinet of Ministers meeting held on November 30, 2023.

The President of Turkmenistan gave specific instructions on the organization of holiday trade, including mobile trading outlets.

"There should be various products on the festive tables of our citizens," the Turkmen leader said.
