5/23/2025

During the General Assembly of the International Organization GS1, held in Mumbai (India) on May 19-22, the National Organization GS1 Turkmenistan was honored, which this year celebrated 10 years of its membership in this authoritative structure for the creation and implementation of unified standards.
On this occasion, the Chairwoman of GS1 Turkmenistan Aykamar Malikgulyyeva was presented with a special commemorative sign, noting the importance of the successful activities of the national organization in the context of the implementation of global goals and the unified strategy of GS1.
It is noteworthy that the 10th anniversary of GS1 Turkmenistan is celebrated in the "International Year of Peace and Trust" and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's neutrality.
The very fact of membership in an international structure for the creation and implementation of uniform standards for sustainable development is directly linked to the foreign policy strategy of independent, permanently neutral Turkmenistan, based on the development of a broad international dialogue, strict adherence to the UN Charter and international legal norms.
