The Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan Celebrates Its Anniversary

On August 21, the Turkmen capital hosted a meeting dedicated to the 14th anniversary of the founding of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (PIET). Members of the organization's branches from Ashgabat, the city of Arkadag, and the Ahal velayat were invited to participate in the event.
Speakers highlighted the achievements of the past working period, emphasizing the priority tasks facing the PIET at the current stage of the state and society's development.
By tradition, honorary certificates were awarded to the Party's activists.
The Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan was established on August 21, 2012, at a founding congress in Ashgabat. Its primary goals are to support small and medium-sized businesses, protect the rights of entrepreneurs, and foster the development of a market economy.
The organization became the second officially registered political party in the history of independent Turkmenistan, paving the way for the formation of a multi-party system in the country.
Over the 14 years since its inception, the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs has taken a highly active role in the public life of the Turkmen state, establishing itself as the initiator of numerous good deeds and positive endeavors.
