In Ashgabat, the exhibition showcasing the achievements and potential of the private sector of the national economy, as well as an international forum, were traditionally timed to coincide with the 17th anniversary of the establishment of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (UIET).

The exhibition, held from March 17-19 at the Expocentre of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan, featured about 130 private enterprises operating in various sectors. The exposition presented numerous national trademarks.

A wide range of food products, consumer goods, as well as various types of modern industrial and electronic products, achievements in the service sector, and promising construction projects were showcased in the pavilions. A number of companies presented services in the field of transport and logistics, product packaging, decoration, and event organization.

The exhibition also showcased silk and wool carpets, decorative items and embroidery, fabrics, jewelry, ceramics and souvenirs created by artisans.

As part of the UIET review, an international fashion show with the participation of leading Turkmen and foreign fashion designers was held in Ashgabat for the first time.

The Ýyldyz Hotel hosted the International Forum "Investing in the Future of Turkmenistan", which became a platform for discussing investment opportunities in the country's private sector. Its participants included representatives of government bodies, international organizations, foreign companies and local businesses. The forum concluded with the signing of bilateral documents and the presentation of new products and investment initiatives of Turkmen companies.
